Exchange Policy

Our policy for product exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to exchange your bag, we offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@bysireen.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
  2. We will provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the exchange approval.
  4. The new item will be shipped to you once the exchange is processed.

Important Notes

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
  • If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before shipping. If the new item is of lower value, store credit will be issued.
  • Sale items and customized orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
